- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement.
- Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:
- Local Deliveries: 3–5 business days.
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor the delivery status.
6. Failed Deliveries
- If the delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the package:
- You may be charged a re-delivery fee for subsequent attempts.
- Repeated refusals may lead to restrictions on COD orders.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, refuse to accept it and contact our support team immediately.
