  • We currently ship to all over the world. If your area is not serviceable, our customer support team will notify you promptly.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges depend on the delivery location and the total weight of the order. Final charges will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Timeframe

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement.
  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:
    • Local Deliveries: 3–5 business days.
    • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor the delivery status.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the package:
    • You may be charged a re-delivery fee for subsequent attempts.
    • Repeated refusals may lead to restrictions on COD orders.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, refuse to accept it and contact our support team immediately.
  • For missing items, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for resolution.
